We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Must be in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Brief swimwear
- Girl Leg swimwear
- Any swimwear that has been tried on without protective undergarments
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange:

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. - Package Your Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation. - Ship Your Return:

- Processing:
We’ll inspect your item upon receipt and process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges of equal or greater value, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your new item.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style from our current collections (including Bandeau, One Pieces, Tankinis, and more), subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
