At Best Swimwear Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish swimwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Brief swimwear
  • Girl Leg swimwear
  • Any swimwear that has been tried on without protective undergarments

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item if it’s of equal or greater value.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style from our current collections (Bandeau, One Pieces, Tankinis, etc.), subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding some remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
